JOINT 5x5 AS is a table top frame assembling machine with pneumatic functioning and easy to use. Operated by a double stroke pedal: the first stroke clamps the frame, the second step insets the staple. The machine has an upper presser and a frontal presser for clamping the frame for better angle tightening and the Pneumatic Fence Clamp for an easier insertion of parallel staples. It uses PILM staples of height 7/10/15 mm and, on request, 4/12 mm staples. It can join either frames of 90° angles or 120° (hexagonal) or 135° (octagonal) angle with 5x5 minimum section and 100x70 maximum. The machine is equipped with interchangeable pressers, regulating manometer for working pressure control; thickness compensators for 7/10/15 mm staples; plexiglas protection and safety device for locking-out.
